What is a good manager cpu and ram

RamBooster I'm using v1.6 but I'm not enjoying it, I think he is some problem with that have nothing open he already complains about 70% cpu usage and if I do something like connect the net it is lowering the ram leaving me almost nothing and look what I have 512MB .. --- Strange
